吳敏蘭：喜歡玩紙箱的小小孩，應該會對這故事很有感覺。淡棕色的四方硬板小書，書封的設計就像一只箱子，封面上印有箱子的淨重，封底還印有「This side up」（正面朝上）的字樣。紙箱概念的設計，除了吸睛，也先跟孩子提示了故事的主題。 這本書很像現代版的經典繪本《阿羅有枝彩色筆》，簡單的線條勾勒出幼兒認知的世界，像是在提醒大人：即使孩子還無法表達或不斷給你重複的答案，但他腦中所能感受、想像的世界，實際上已遠超乎成人的想像，孩子其實已有自己的想法，我們就別再逼問他了。
